Pornography, violence, racism, or any content that induces discrimination is not to be filmed at Hadaki Studios.
A $300 deposit must be paid upon arrival to the space. Upon inspection of the space after your booking and confirmation from staff that no items are missing, no damage was incurred, no mess was created, and all decor was returned to the original location, you will be refunded the full deposit amount.
If your security deposit has already been refunded, but staff confirms damage, missing items, and/or noise complaints we reserve the right to bill you for the costs
Activities including, but not limited to, smoking, weed, and vaping are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in a $200 deposit withdrawal.
Outdoor shoes are not permitted within the space. Please either take off your outdoor shoes, cover them, or wear indoor shoes upon arrival. Shoe coverings will be provided.
- Hadaki Studios has cameras monitoring the space. These cannot be manipulated by staff or renters to capture images of any area where privacy is expected.
- You can bring a maximum of 10 people to the space during your booking (we suggest a maximum of 6-8 people for comfort). Failure to meet the 10-person cap can result in a $100/extra person withdrawal from your deposit.
- Items must be returned to their original location before your session time ends. Failure to return all decor & furniture will result in a $125 minimum cleaning fee.
- If you wish to play music in the space, please ensure that the volume is at a reasonable level as the studio is located in a commercial building. Any noise complaints will result in a $200 withdrawal from your deposit.Â
- If you wish to bring your own props, you will be permitted to do so given that they are a reasonable size that is less than 30 pounds. If you are uncertain whether a prop is reasonable, contact us.
